Evaluation

The AZFPS evaluation team is comprised of coaches, educators, former FPS students, and other volunteers. Evaluation training sessions are held several times throughout the year. All coaches are encouraged to become evaluators. It is our goal to provide positive, constructive feedback for students to help them develop their critical thinking skills. A number of AZFPS evaluators routinely participate as evaluators at the International Conference for all components of the program – booklet, scenario and community problem solving.
